Refund and Return Policy

Free services

Horoscope creation, porondam matching, litha, rahu kalaya, palm reading and the other free tools do not involve any payment, so no refund applies to them.

When you can get a full refund

• You paid, but did not receive your report within 2 working days.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• A technical fault on our side stopped the report from being created or delivered.
• The report contains a calculation mistake caused by our system, and we are not able to correct it within 2 working days.

When a refund is not possible

• The report was delivered correctly, but you entered the wrong birth date, time or place. In this case we will gladly prepare one corrected report free of charge if you contact us within 7 days.
• You disagree with the astrological interpretation itself. Astrology readings are traditional guidance and different astrologers may read a chart differently.
• You simply changed your mind after the report was delivered.

Cancelling an order

If your report has not been delivered yet, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. Once the report has been delivered it cannot be cancelled, except in the cases listed above.

How to request a refund

• Email sasindulakshithabandara@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call +94 77 418 6332 within 7 days of your payment.
• Please include your name, the date of payment, the amount and the PayHere order or payment reference shown in your confirmation.
• We will reply within 2 working days and let you know whether the refund is approved.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made through PayHere to the same card or payment method you used. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.

We start the refund within 3 working days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 7 to 14 working days for the money to appear in your account.
