1. What we offer

Most of Sri Handahana is free: creating your horoscope (kendaraya), porondam matching, today's litha and rahu kalaya, palm reading and the wellbeing exercises. You do not need an account to use these.

We also sell paid digital services, such as detailed personalised horoscope reports and porondam reports. The service, what it includes and the price are shown clearly on the page before you pay. These are digital products. Nothing is posted to you by mail.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include any applicable charges. There are no hidden fees.
• Payments are processed securely by PayHere, a Sri Lankan online payment gateway. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and the other payment methods PayHere offers at checkout.
• We never see or store your full card number, CVV or banking passwords. These are entered directly on PayHere's secure payment page.
• Your order is confirmed only after PayHere tells us the payment was successful. You will receive a confirmation by email or SMS.

3. Delivery of paid reports

• Most reports are shown on the website immediately after payment and are also sent to the email address or WhatsApp number you give us.
• Reports that need manual preparation are delivered within 2 working days. If there will be any delay, we will let you know.
• Please check that your birth date, time, place and contact details are correct before paying. The report is prepared from the details you enter.

4. About astrology

Astrology (jyothishaya) is a cultural and traditional practice in Sri Lanka. Our readings are calculated from standard Sri Lankan and Vedic astrology methods and are offered for guidance and personal interest only.

They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and you should not make such decisions based only on a horoscope reading. We do not make predictions about death, serious illness or accidents.

5. Using the website fairly

• Please use the website only for lawful, personal purposes.
• Do not try to copy the website's content in bulk, overload it with automated requests, or interfere with its security.
• The text, design, charts and reports on this website belong to Sri Handahana. You may share your own report with family and friends, but you may not resell it or republish our content as your own.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy, available at srihandahana.com/refund-policy.

7. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the calculations accurate and the website available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. If a paid report has a mistake caused by us, we will correct it or refund you as explained in the Refund Policy.

To the extent allowed by Sri Lankan law, our total responsibility for any paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

8. Privacy

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders already paid for.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any dispute that we cannot settle by talking to each other will be handled by the courts of Sri Lanka.
